Making a Difference for Latino students

 Thank you for your interest.  We hope that you will find just what you are looking for in your pursuit of getting a higher education. 

BECA believes that every Latino high school graduate in San Diego County with the academic qualifications and the desire to attend an institution of higher learning, be afforded an opportunity. Education is often tied to finances. Through financial support and mentoring, BECA encourages and empowers aspiring Latino students to pursue their goals.  This enables the strengthening of students for lives of purpose, service and leadership in our communities, as well as, contribute to the prosperity of our Nation.
